Generally, in order to qualify for one of our rentals, you must make 3x the rent in verifiable income, have a 600 credit score or higher, and have had no evictions in the last 10 years. Once you complete this form, one of our licensed agents will get back to you and schedule a showing of the property. After you have seen the property in person with one of our agents, you’ll then become eligible to put in an application online. The application fee is $60 and every tenant over the age of 18 or co-signer (if applicable) would need to fill out a separate application. 

After filling out this form, you should hear back from an agent within 2 business days. RMS Elite Properties is closed on weekends, so forms sent on Thursday & Friday might not hear back until Monday of the next week.
