As Broker & Director of Real Estate Operations, Lloyd oversees the company’s Real Estate Division which currently includes approximately 60 Real Estate Professionals in three offices, serving 4+ counties in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Lloyd is also responsible for administering a new internship program with Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, FL.
Additionally, as acting Director of Career Development, he is responsible for developing, implementing, and teaching a broad range of Real Estate Career Development classes designed to improve per person performance regardless of experience level. He is also responsible for assisting agents in the development of personal business plans which then allows him to coach the agents, one-on-one, to better ensure a successful Real Estate career.
Lloyd’s background is quite diverse. With over 30 years in the Real Estate business, he has done most everything there is to do in the world of Real Estate. Lloyd is a licensed Broker in both Pennsylvania and Florida, has achieved several professional designations, including GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), & CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager). He owned his own Coaching, Training, & Consulting Business, was Vice President of a Top 50 ERA Company, and prior to coming to RMS was the Regional President for a Top 10 Berkshire Hathaway Company. Lloyd has recently been named a Top 500 / Seven Star Broker by Broker Agent Advisor, the same company that named him an Industry Icon in their national magazine some years ago.
Lloyd has trained with and under some of the Countries most decorated Real Estate Trainers and Coaches. Lloyd’s philosophy is that everyone coming into the Real Estate business should have the appropriate training, direction, and coaching to better ensure success. “We don’t want agents who are less than serious about this career path. We want agents who are committed and are open to taking their business to a higher level.”
