I would like to purchase a yard sign for my listing.  Can you please tell me how to go about doing this? 

RMS yard signs are free for all agents.  Please view the how-to infographic above on how to contact Sunshine Posts.  Set up an account and they will do the installation.  If you would like additional “add-ons” to the sign, i.e. your name and phone number, you will need to purchase this on your own.

I just got a new listing for sale.  How can I get this listed on Facebook Marketplace or advertised as a post on Facebook?

I am unable to add this to the inventory.  What information do you need to add it to the inventory for me?

The MLS number;  When will it be available;  Is the property managed by RMS or Straight Lease?;  Is the property vacant?;  The lockbox code;  Are any utilities included in the rent?;   Does the owner accept Sec 8?
